TYFO Black Reflexology insoles (Footbed 3) are the ideal introduction to these insoles. The stimulation points are gentle but interesting. Ideal for more stationary activities to stimulate the proprioceptive nervous system. Golf, weights and gym work, sitting at your desk, all of these are great activities to use TYFO footbeds for additional nervous system stimulation and balance.

Please be aware that we strongly recommend only taking Formthotics or TYFO insoles if you have previously been fitted and assessed by a professional. While we passionately believe that everyone should have foot support we also feel strongly that it should be the right foot support for your particular feet. There is no “one size fits all”.

Also, please note that we are unable to offer returns for Formthotics or TYFO insoles due to the nature of the product. So double check your order and if in doubt, drop us an email! If we’ve seen you before we can see your previous product.

Unfortunately the packaging on some of these products has been damaged. The products themselves are in perfect condition but the packaging is unoriginal to allow for safe storage. However this does mean we can offer them at a greatly reduced price so it’s not all bad!
