Estelle Mitchell is widely recognised in Marbella and on the Costa del Sol as one of Spain’s leading physiotherapists. Qualifying as a Chartered Physiotherapist in January 1978 having studied and trained with the RAF, Estelle put her wide and extensive experience to full use at Bodyworks Health Clinic for over 20 years.
Estelle founded Bodyworks Clinic in Marbella in 2004, with a focus on proper, careful and accurate diagnosis followed by qualified, expert treatment. In her determination to offer this she acquired tools and training, many of them unique to Spain if not to Europe!
Estelle has a passion for non-surgical options and invested heavily in the tools and training to make this a truly viable alternative to surgery, injections and drugs.
Now she offers the products she identified to help her patient’s lives be more comfortable online to all those who may have been unable to access her support during her clinical practice.
